Focus of the Test
Load your body into a squat and explode into a jump off two feet. Focus on using your legs, core and arms to propel yourself to your highest jump possible.
Rules
- Fit your whole body in the frame with space above your head for jumping
- Stand still and tall until prompted to jump
- Without taking a step jump as high as you can

Goal of Test
Complete a jump of over 14 inches.
